Patrick Scheel dcf23b5233 CNPG: Alle Cluster von 3 auf 2 Instanzen reduzieren 
Worker-3 (8GB) geht ständig in MemoryPressure. 9 PostgreSQL-Pods
auf 3 Workern mit 8-12GB RAM ist zu viel. 2 Instanzen reichen
für HA (1 Primary + 1 Replica) und sparen ~270MB RAM + Longhorn-Overhead.

Betrifft: postgres-cluster, keycloak-db, forgejo-db
